Not a perfect predictor, but a solid starting point for a true-to-size drop-cut tee:

Overlap between sizes is intentional — see question 02 for the tie-breaker.

02 — THE TIE-BREAKER

If the table above puts you between two sizes, pick by build:

• Lean / athletic (lifters, runners): Size DOWN for a trimmer fit that still drapes.
• Broad shoulders / thick chest: Size UP for comfort across the chest.
• Like a relaxed, boxier drape: Size UP.
• Like a closer-to-body cut: Size DOWN.
• You're the “usually medium” person: Go Medium. The drop-cut runs true.
